Pet-friendly High Tea

There is a 1 for 1 high tea promotion at Si Chuan Dou Hua from now till 31st July. The only requirement is you need to bring your furkid(s) along. Wow ~ that’s a great news for pawparents.

Although the alfresco dining area is sheltered but it’s a bit stuffy. They do provide fans but can still feel hot. As for the food wise, there are 9 items in each high tea set and we were served with Pu Erh tea. The 9 items are handmade and I like most of them. The dishes include smoked duck dumplings, crispy beancurd rolls, carrot cake, and more.

Instead of letting your furkid(s) to dine with you with an empty stomach, they gave complimentary handmade treats for your furkid(s).

Si Chuan Dou Hua is located in Beach Road and you need to make reservation before heading to the place. The sets are served daily from 2.30pm to 6pm, at SGD 55++ per pax and requires minimum of at least 2 diners

As usual, end this with a family photo :)

Pet-friendly Mall and Pet-friendly Restaurant

After eating at The Great Nanyang Heritage Cafe, hubby and I brought Oscar to Vivocity. Vivocity allowed pets to enter the mall as long as in the strollers

Hubby and I shopped for a while and managed to buy the stuff we wanted while Oscar accompanied us.

After shopping for a few hours, we were tired. So, we went to the highest floor of Vivocity for dining.

The place we dined is quite popular, which I think I do not need much introduction. It is the Surrey Hills Grocer. This branch in Vivocity is Safari themed and there are many moving animals in the restaurant. The environment is also very greenery

I think the best part to dine in Surrey Hills Grocer is you get to dine indoor with your furkid(s). And, they have Pet Menu which you can order for your furkid(s) as well.

I think this branch is famous for their Hokkien Mee, but I didn't order cause still full. So, hubby and I ordered the following:

Corn and Crab Chowder

              Pistachio Raspberry Cake

 Double Scoops Gelato

I managed to take a few photos of Oscar with the animals.

Surrey Hills Grocery has a few pet-friendly branches and you may consider visiting this branch if you happened to be in Vivocity with your furkid(s).

As usual, end it with a family photo. :)

Pet-friendly cafe (budget-friendly)

Hubby and I brought Oscar, our furkid to try out a new eatery in Geneo, Kent Kridge. The place is called The Great Nanyang Heritage cafe. The outdoor of the cafe is pet-friendly. Although it is outdoor, but the environment is cooling.

When arrived, there were many people dining with their furkids. Hubby and I managed to get a table and we ordered the food and drinks via the QR code.

This place is suitable for those who like Asian food. They have combination of Nonya, Malaysia and local food. I ordered the Penang Prawn Mee and my hubby ordered the Chicken Berempah Nasi Lemak. Well, not forgetting the Kaya Butter Toast which is one of my favourite. The Kaya Butter Toast is so crispy and the butter portion given is so generous (thick).

The staff helped us to take photo. Really thankful to him.

The outdoor seating are quite limited. So, better go during non-peak hours or if you're fortunate enough, you might get your seats during peak hours though. The price for the dishes are quite reasonable. Our bill after ordered two main dishes, two kaya butter toasts and 2 drinks is less then SGD 40.

The milo (kao with less sweet) is very nice.

Before going back, I took some photos to let you see the cafe environment.
